Well FUZE has been a little bit dormant for a while where concerts are concerned, but for 2015 we are back with FUZE Acoustics Night in the Purple Lounge at Casino 2000.

This time we are thrilled to announce that the lovely, and very talented, IRINA and her band will be performing on Thursday 15^th January for free concert in Mondorf-les-Bains.

If you’ve not had the pleasure of hearing IRINA you really should, playing soft singer-songwriter songs, to folk and harder stuff, and even bluesy at times. And Irina herself has a very recognisable and mesmerising voice ranging from smooth and quiet to probably one of the most powerful voices in Luxembourg! (In a good way of course).

The music project began life in 2010 as a duo between Irina Holzinger and Kim Mersch and indeed they still play as a twosome even today, but now they’ve expanded into a 6-piece.

So IRINA, the band that is, has the following members…

Irina Holzinger - Singer and guitar
Kim Mersch - singer and guitar
Bob Mersch - Piano, accordion and guitar
Davide Mirizzi - Bass
Lana - Drums
Erny Sauber - Percussion

So come and enjoy the sounds of IRINA on 15 January. The Purple Lounge at Casino 2OOO opens its doors at 7pm for those that want a good meal and drink before the free concert that starts at 9pm.

Entrance to the concert and Purple Lounge is free, (apart from a “token” 50 cents and providing you are 18 or over as it takes place in a casino).

So get to the Purple Lounge on Thursday 15th January for night of great music with IRINA!
