There’s a brand new sitcom coming soon on RTL television, produced by Lucil Film with a music-related storyline entitled “Comeback”.

One of the special points for this TV series is that all the music to be played during the broadcasts will be local music and FUZE Luxembourg is happy to be involved in the project by helping to supply quality tracks for the episodes to be broadcast on RTL Tele Lëtzebuerg.

That’s where you come in! We need your music! Would you like the chance of having your music played during the Comeback sitcom? In order to do this, we require your authorisation.

All you have to do is complete a form showing that you agree for your music to be played during the series and should your tracks be chosen, you will be paid as per a normal broadcasting procedure, similar to your track being played on the radio, through SACEM.

Procedure

• Please complete the email form by clicking the link before returning it to FUZE Luxembourg: comeback@fuze.lu or copy the few lines below into your email. This agreement is an “accord de principe” or agreement of principal, allowing the producers of Comeback to freely use your music. (If at all possible we require: name of the author, publisher, CD , contact email and phone number)

We require (if you have it) the following information:
Name of your act
Name of the CD(s)
Tracks that you agree to be played
Name of the author
Name of the Publisher
Contact information: (email address and contact number)

• Artists lucky enough to have their tracks chosen for broadcast will receive an email with the contract containing the following clause:
  Subject to and upon the terms and conditions hereof, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee throughout the Worldwide territory (“the Territory”) and not time limited: the non-exclusive right to synchronise the Recording in the Motion Picture and to exploit the Motion Picture.
  Additionally the Licensor is also the copyright holder of the Recording and hereby grants to Licensee throughout the Worldwide territory (“the Territory”) and not time limited: the non-exclusive right to use the song in the Motion Picture and to exploit the Motion Picture.

So apply now, and soon you could be hearing your music played on the next new sitcom to hit Luxembourg’s TV screens – Comeback!
